Garlic Puree Concentrate
Using seasonal Cangshan Garlic as raw material, it is crushed, enzymatically digested, sieved and concentrated into a well-flowing yellow-brown concentrate with the inherent flavor of fresh garlic. This product not only retains the nutrients in vegetables, but also solves the phenomenon of vegetable juice browning in a short period of time, effectively extending the shelf life of the product.
Garlic puree concentrate is made from fresh garlic with authentic garlic flavour. It is a flavoring ingredient that can add garlic flavor and aroma to dishes like sauces, soups, spreads, and entrees and also widely used in food industry.
