HAP Powder

Hydrolyzed animal protein powder （HAP powder）is a protein powder that has been broken down into its component amino acids. Rich in amino acid, It is a flavor enhancer that can be used in meat and poultry products, seasoning, palatants and personal care product such as hair shampoo.

Process：
Feather protein → Hydrolyzed by HCl→ Neutralization by NaOH → Decolouration → Filtration
→ Aeration and off-odors → sterilization → Spray drying → Sifting through 60 mesh → Packing

Package and storage：
Packing: 20kg/bag (Net weight: 20kgs; Gross Weight:: 21kgs)
Wrapper: Kraft bag
Size of the outer carton: 700mm*500mm*150mm (17tons/20’FCL)
Storage: seal up and store it in dry place at normal temperature. Use it up as soon as possible after unsealing it.
