HVP Powder
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP) powder is a flavor enhancer that is made from plant-based proteins like soy, corn, and wheat. It is a fine, yellow to light brown powder that is soluble and has a slightly sweet, beanie taste. HVP is used in food production and meat processing to create a bouillon taste without the need for bones, vegetables, or simmering. It is also used in many other processed foods, such as soups, seasonings, snack foods, instant and frozen food products, burgers, and chips.
We can offer HVPs in different color, different salt content and different flavour such as beef flavour HVP and chicken flavour HVP.
